Hello my dear reader ππ
πΉπΌπΈπ΅️πΊπ»π·
In this beautiful Spring Season you may see beautiful and colourful flowers blooming around. The love and warmth of flowers touches every heart. In this lovely weather no one can resist their presence and fragrance.
While browsing through my photo gallery I found a few flower pics which I randomly took a few years ago. I am so fascinated by these budding and blooming flowers that I wished to share some good vibes here with you. I see life through these flowers. This one pic shows me the pace of life where each and every petal takes its own time to bloom. Similar to this I feel that our life takes shape at a particular pace where different chapters open up at their own time.
Our life is just like these flowers, as you can see many of their petals are still opening up and the flowers attain maturity after every single petal blooms out ☺️. I found our life's journey beautiful, blissful and full of essence similar to these flowers. Their journey from a bud to a fully grown flower and their survival during this period is quite inspirational to us thereby showing an important aspect of our life's journey. The different phases of flower's growth resemble our life's different chapters which we open one by one during our life's journey.
These budding flowers give us hope and teach us patience and ask us to remain calm, pure and energetic at the same time to withstand the sudden, ferocious, gloomy, destructive storms of life. Hence brings courage to remain strong in all kinds of disturbance around us. The tranquility grown around us through these blooming flowers helps us to think positively hence adding the zeal and zest to our life. These flowers not only helps us to show our feelings but I can say that they showcase more than just a gesture of love. Every petal tells its own story , like how it has got such beauty, love and care. As we feel in these flowers all these essences which are filled up by those who took care of them during their journey of budding and blooming into these beautiful flowers. Similarly we get to see our life's different areas like any particular work or talent to be "in the full bloom"after we put our hardwork, pour some love and affection with a pinch of care alongwith keep a keen holding to our goals.
As I mentioned earlier that these flowers give us courage to live and survive under any harsh conditions so we used to say "Bloom where you are planted". This means to make the best of your current circumstances or to thrive regardless of your environment. So these flowers show us the ways to look our life.
We also use idiom "Come up roses" which means to end up successful or to have everything go well. As we all know to get flowers in a plant it takes an extra effort and needs to be diligent then only a plant yeilds perfect flowers. Similarly, in order to achieve success in our life you need to be diligent. You have to put all your best skills to get the perfect flowering in your life's plant. This definitely needs your patience, surviving skills, care and nurturing emotions to flourish yourself and prepare to achieve what you desire.
Now come to another idiom "Late bloomer", which means a person who develops their talents or potential later than others.
Late-blooming flowers, such as asters, sedum, chrysanthemums, and goldenrod, are essential for extending garden color into late summer and autumn.
We often come across such people who remain dormant for long and gradually they start growing showing their hidden potentials later on just like these late blooming flowers.
Another type of person which we used to describe based on the type of flowers is "Shrinking Violet" means a very shy or modest person. You might know a few shrinking violets in your friend circle who always find it difficult to show their presence and could hardly say something, like their opinion.
"Fresh as a daisy", here we are talking about a person full of energy and looking vibrant. So now you can see how we often compared people with the different types of flowers and their categories.
Last but not the least "Nip it in the bud", this means to stop something early before it develops (often used negatively to stop a problem). This idiom shows that at times we really need to take action in order to control the situation before it bloom into a bigger one. Here too a situation is related to this very action of capping towards the buds.
All these idioms describe how we compare ourself with these budding and blooming flowers. How well all these flowering situations resonate with our life's scenarios.
Now you must have got my point of view, why I see life through these beautiful flowers.
Do share this post with your family and friends π
