Hello my dear reader πŸ‘‹πŸ˜Š

Let's talk about the feelings and emotions we carry in our mind and body.



To me feelings and emotions are wordless.

I believe that we feel without words but we need words to express these feelings and emotions.

Wordless emotions are those intense feelings which you cannot verbalise. You remain speechless, overwhelmed and you don't find the correct words or language to describe them.

Our mind and body experiences numerous types of feelings and emotions, that too in wordless form. Each feeling and emotion has its own vibes and frequency. We name these as Crazy, Love, Happy, Surprise, Confusing, Contentment, Frustration, Anger, Grief, Fear, Envy and many more anonymous ones which we couldn't even understand how to express. In our body different organs and organ systems feel different types of feelings and emotions picking up from the surrounding. Our body responds to them according to the need of the function of that very particular organ. Our sense organs Play a vital role in addressing these feelings and emotions. Each sense organ has its own tendency to sense the type of emotion it is receiving. Our brain then processes these incoming emotions sent by the sense organs. During all this process these emotions are wordless. Your brain then  tells you in words of your language what kind of emotion it is that you are feeling. 

You often get sudden goosebumps just by surprise. In this case it's the reaction of your body towards certain emotions that you received which later you can feel. You just sense these wordless feelings and emotions. The power of speech and the languages allow us to convert them into words. 

Emotions and feelings are not the same thing, they are being used interchangeably. Emotions and feelings are actually two different but connected phenomena. Emotions originate as sensations in the body. Feelings are influenced by our emotions but are generated from our mental thoughts.


These wordless feelings (emotions) are responsible for our various actions and behaviour towards others. Once when you understand these wordless feelings, you express them in words. So until you are in a state of confusion, you can't give a proper name to your feelings, they remain wordless. 

These feelings and emotions travel in the form of energy from one person to another. Seldom we all must have experienced these feelings and emotions coming towards us and make us feel the vibe they contain. Sometimes we intuitively find the exact word to these incoming feelings and otherwise it's confusing or maybe frustrating if we couldn't. Whenever you meet or say hello to someone and ask "how are you". Here you are asking how he/she is feeling. Your reaction towards the incoming answer again is the reflection of his/her feelings which too is what we can say is your feeling for him/her.

Here I would like to mention that feelings have no language. They have their own energy which can only be felt.

Our body and mind can accommodate a certain quantity of these feelings for a particular time period. Once your mind is fully occupied, the feelings and emotions start overflowing which in turn destabilize us. To accommodate fresh vibrant feelings you need to clear out the older stagnant ones from your mind. Just like the body needs both inner and outer cleansing, our mind too need regular cleansing in order to hold new energies. This process is very much important for a person to have a better vision. 

To fill yourself with new feelings you need space. Imagine a completely filled teacup, you can't add more of tea into it otherwise it will spill out and that's of no use. Cleansing our mind's stagnant energies is a must so that new ideas, new feelings can have their place. It's a very bad idea to stick to a sad emotion for a long time as this will definitely ruin your thought process and blur your vision. Always get away from such unhealthy emotions as soon as possible for your overall well being.

In this era of technology where our whole life is revolving around the gadgets. The whole day we are browsing through all sorts of things on social media and keep filling our minds with whatever we see and listen there. Our mind is very much triggered by the kind of stuff we are browsing which in turn triggers our emotions and feelings. This has a great impact on our mental as well as physical health.

Why do we often run towards nature. The reason is because our mind and body both need regular cleansing. We feel the serenity of nature which rejuvenate every bit of our whole body alongwith our mind. The cleansing is needed at the cellular level.We shouldn't forget the beauty of living in the tranquility of nature. Being tech-savvy is a cool thing but being aware of the well being of your emotions and feelings, your mind and body is also an important part of your life. So dear take care of your emotions and feelings and always try to live a happy, healthy and meaningful life. Decorate your mind with beautiful thoughts and emotions so that your life could flourish in such a way that could bring peace and harmony into your life. Be selective in choosing good over bad while facing ups and downs in emotions and feelings. 

We need to balance our emotions by having a wisdom of how to live with grace and uplifting our thoughts. Making a blissful connection with God lead us to live a meaningful life filled with wisdom. Try not to get affected by other people's opinions as these are temporary reflection of other people's mind. Taking decisions smartly with discernment will definitely create a big difference in keeping your emotions and feelings at a higher level. If you are always feeling low and underestimated then I would strongly suggest you to change your perception towards life. Start seeing the brighter side, use God's wisdom, trust yourself and try harder with full potential to upgrade yourself. Do some inner work and self reflection to understand your patterns. Check where things can be improved. Always take criticism as a positive trigger and use it to bring improvement. Those who are anchored with truth and values can't be emotionally drowned. They always have faith which brings satisfaction in their life. It is also advisable not to exhaust yourself in useless arguments. It's better to be silent for that very moment to keep your emotions and feelings at a quieter place. 

Emotional Intelligence is a smarter way to know when and how to express your emotions and feelings. It helps to bring balance in your life. Giving reply to anyone in a controlled manner without getting affected by emotions like anger, chaos, disappointment or sadness instead replying consciously without reacting blindly is the biggest strength. This emotional intelligence help us to stand tall facing all the strong storms courageously. Fill yourself with empathy and set your boundaries for wellbeing of your emotions and feelings and also of the people around you. Another key aspect of taking care of your emotions and feelings is self awareness, as this will allow you to understand your needs and help in taking right decisions. Think deeply from your heart before jumping to any conclusions about any situation. This will prevent any heartbreak and emotional breakdown. This is intelligence of the heart. Above all put your self respect and dignity on top. Keep your morale high with high values. Respect other's emotions and feelings as just like yours other's emotions and feelings are too important for their well-being. Inculcate the concept of Freudenfreude (feeling of joy in others joy) within yourself and live happily. Bring joy, peace and love to yourself as well as to others around you πŸ’ž

The loop πŸ”   Ciao πŸ‘‹ my dear reader  Hope you are doing well and enjoying your life to the fullest ☺️ May I ask you one thing ?  Have you ever noticed yourself being stuck in some kind of loop ? Here I am not talking about the idioms like   "In the loop" , "Out of the loop"  or "Human in the loop". Instead I am referring to the patterns we generally follow in our routine life. I have chosen this topic for spreading awareness in this regard and sharing some strategies to tackle these loops which I have searched from the net.
